HOW IT WORKS!
SELF SERVICE BATH

Just bring your dog(s)! We provide everything you would need to bathe your dog(s). Just choose a package from our standard to our dirty, flea, itchy, smelly, or prissy dog packages. The non standard packages will save you money if needing a complete dry dog(s). You can custom create your own package by choosing any of our specialty shampoos, brushing tools, dental hygiene, or smell goods.

After selecting a package, we would put all of the supplies needed in a bucket and your all set toward the bathing drying area through the grooming area through the black double doors (CAUTION WET FLOOR!). You may choose a walk in bay for the med/large to large/extra large dogs or a raised tub for the extra small/small and med dogs. There are user friendly guidelines available for reference. If you have multiple dogs you may bathe them together as this helps conserve water and shampoo.

After your done you may leave the bucket and all the supplies in the bay or tub and place the apron and towels in hamper next to the exit. You may bring your own supplies! FYI: You may hang the shams and your personnel belongings on hangers provided.

SELF SERVICE GROOMING

All self serve grooming includes bath + drying, a #10 blade with clipper, smock, brush, comb and grooming area. Your welcome to bring your own supplies. Groom at your own RISK! For liability reasons we are NOT able to inform you on grooming procedures. It’s best to do your own research before grooming your own dog(s). Leave the mess!

Kwik stop, hydrogen peroxide, vet wrap available upon request!

For all Self Services No appointment is necessary however if you are grooming your own dog please be here by 5:00 p.m. Tues-Sat Or if needing full service a la cart services like nail trimming make sure a groomer is available!

APPOINTMENTS REQUIRED FOR FULL SERVICES!

All DOG-O-MAT staff are Highly qualified by DOG-O-MATS standards and every dog(s)/cat(s) is/are checked out by a trained professional!

If a dog/cat is not to their best potential that dog/cat might have not had the best day and we will try again their next visit.

DOG-O-MAT IS A SPA AND THE DOG/CAT ALWAYS WINS!

WE WILL NOT STRESS A DOG OR CAT BY DOING SOMETHING THAT IS UNCOMFORTABLE TO THEM!
